1 General Provisions and Definitions

1.1 Introduction

To create an account and use the services at bd4i, you must be at least 21 years of age. For persons aged 21 and above only. If an underage account is identified, it will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Registration Requirements

• Each individual may create only one account.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, complete, and up to date.
• Providing false information may result in account cancellation and balance forfeiture.
• A person may not create an account in the name of, or on behalf of, another member of the same household.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is prohibited.

2.3 Identity Verification

bd4i reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A national identity card, passport, or other relevant documents may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials — username and password — completely confidential. This information must not be shared with any third party, and the account must not be shared.

The user is responsible for all activity carried out on their account. bd4i uses SSL encryption for security purposes, but the primary responsibility for protecting the user's password lies with the user themselves. It is advised not to use easily guessable passwords and to change your password regularly.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bd4i supports only the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). Payments through any method outside of these will not be accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, this time may be longer if identity verification is incomplete or a security review is required.

4.3 Additional Conditions

• The deposit account and the withdrawal account must be in the same person's name.
• Funds deposited in the account may only be used for gaming and betting purposes.
• If money laundering or illegal financial activity is suspected, withdrawals will be blocked and the account will be suspended.
• No transaction fee is charged by bd4i, however charges from the payment service provider may apply.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 as a bonus — total balance ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing a bonus, a 20x wagering requirement must be met. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own expiry and specific conditions.
• A bonus may only be claimed once per account.
• If an attempt is made to claim a bonus from multiple accounts, both accounts may be cancelled.
• bd4i reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• Under the VIP program, weekly cashback benefits are available across five tiers from Bronze to Diamond.

6 Gaming Policy

6.1 Fair Play Assurance

bd4i is committed to ensuring fair play. Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used in all games, keeping every outcome completely independent and unbiased.

6.2 Game Play Guidelines

• It is advised to read the individual rules of any game thoroughly before playing.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd4i platform:

• Any form of fraud, deception, or system manipulation.
• Bonus abuse — particularly attempting to collect bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Using any automated software, bot, or script to play games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Betting or gaming on behalf of a third party.
• Attempting to exploit platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Misconduct or threats directed at bd4i staff.

Engaging in any of the above activities will result in the immediate closure of the account, the balance may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8 Responsible Gaming

bd4i believes that gaming should be a form of entertainment — not a means of earning money. We therefore give the highest priority to responsible gaming practices.

8.1 Self-Restriction Features

• You can set a deposit limit if you wish.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd4i will not be liable for the following:

• Unauthorized access to an account due to the user's own negligence.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Under no circumstances will bd4i's total liability exceed the balance available in your account.
